Eli Lilly of Indianapolis, Indiana, the United States manufactures
the male erectile dysfunction-ED drug in joint venture with ICOS –
the founder of this medicine, under the brand Cialis – truly
Once-a-day pill for treating the impotence disorders in males.
Tadalafil–Cialis Once a Day has been prepared by using the active pharmaceutical
ingredient called Tadalafil as its basic raw material. The pills are
made in different strengths like 10mg and 20mg. It is the only
prescription medication under Erectile Dysfunction category in
tablet form. The drug has been clinically proved for faster effects
in just 30 minutes of its ingestion in most of the cases. The drug
is effective for as much as 36 hours after taken on the empty
stomach.
Though Tadalafil–Cialis Once-a-day tablet is not cure for the ED
problem, but according to the clinical studies the drug is believed
to improve: penile erection, helps maintaining required erection of
male penis through out the sexual intercourse exercises, provides
extra satisfaction of sexual intercourse to the males, helps
boosting sex confidence level enabling to maintain penile erection
for longer period and is said to provide hardness to the penis
besides maintaining erection. The drug promotes functioning by
relaxing muscles and blood vessels in the male penis allowing more
blood flow to the penis which leads to the penile erection. Cialis
should be taken strictly as prescribed by the doctor and no over
dose should ever be tried. It has not yet been proved for multiple
attempts per dose anyway.
The basic difference between generic and branded is that the generic
name provides the basic drug while the branded one is based on the
clinical tests and the FDA approval besides some other supportive
ingredients.
